Testimony
Many who resulted to weeping over situations of life have not been able to come out of it victoriously. But those who stood up to situations and hold the bull by the horn never weeps with God on their side.
A man, Willis H. Carrier, a brilliant Engineer, who headed the world-famous Carrier Corporation, in Syracuse, New York. When Mr Carrier was a young man, he worked for Buffalo Forge Company in Buffalo, New York. He was handed the assignment of installing a gas-cleaning device in a plant of Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company at Crystal City, Missouri – a plant costing millions of dollars.
He was stunned by failure and he began to worry. But a word came to him that; he should analyse the situation fearlessly and honestly and figure out the worst that could happen. He should reconcile himself to accepting the situation and finally, he should calmly devote his time and energy to trying to improve upon the situation he had already accepted mentally.
What makes many to weep comes from worrying over situations of life. Today, by the reason of God’s grace upon my life, I declare that you shall weep no more.
Prayer Points
Father, dry my tears and cause me to weep no more.
Father, you made Sarah laughed at Isaac’s birth. Lord, cause me to laugh and take sorrow away from me. Genesis 21:3
Action Point
Weeping only prevents you from moving on in life. Stop weeping, take positive steps and present your cases to God in prayers.
